In-hospital safe glycaemic control
In-hospital hyperglycaemia has been found to be an important marker of poor clinical outcome and mortality among diabetic patients. The in-hospital care application domain of the REACTION platform features a range of services aiming at safe glycaemic control of patients with diabetes using an individual target level, depending on the history and actual state of the patient.

This video features a presentation of the in-hospital demonstrator developed in year 1 of the project by MUG, MSG, FORTH-ICS and FHG-SIT.
